W/O - Accidentado en Mendoza, Argentina, 18.05.1960 - Desaparecido después de reportarse sobre San Rafael, mientras volaba de Buenos Aires a Lima via Santiago de Chile con 7 caballos de carrera, aparentemente colisiona contra el cerro Sosneado a 4.500 m después de sufrir un fallo estructural al experimentar esfuerzos superiores a los máximos de diseño por penetrar en una zona de turbulencia severa, algunos restos son encontrados en julio de 1961.
